These Rava idlis Are a perfect choice for breakfast, lunch, evening snack or Dinner which ever way u like to have. I made them by steaming in an Idli cooker. The batter is made with Rava soaked in Curd for around half an hour, then just adding salt and eno fruit salt. Do mention in comments if you want me to post the full recipe.
